short staff that only care about the $$$, NOT your loved ones!!! Better meals should be a priority.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. This place is understaffed and ran by heartless individuals that only care about $$$. New ownership is horrible and can care less how employees treat the residents. They serve crappy food and can care less about your loved one. If you do have love ones here check on them often and believe them when they say they are treated poorly. Do better “ we care at south hills “ because it really seems like you don’t care !!

If your loved one resides in this facility, close monitoring of their care is advised. The current staffing shortages have led to unacceptable conditions, including inadequate daily care and insufficient activities. Residents are often restricted to their beds or left staring at blank walls. To provide humane care, hiring additional staff is essential. The meal portions are also concerning, both in terms of quantity and quality. Removing comfort items like soda, possibly to cut costs, further erodes the residents' quality of life. Notably, those in jail may receive better care. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Please report them!

This place has consistently gone done hill. The diningroom is always messy. The patients shower rooms are very unsanitary. They leave dirty washcloths in there and another of times feces is left in the shower chair bucket. They do not have a good cleaning staff. Always understaffed. Start putting people to bed right after dinner Residents complain how awful the food ii and they get very small portions. They are suppose to get a late night snack according to their menu but rarely do. I would like to see the staff eat the food that they give these people. I am there 5 days out of the week and see what goes on out there. I have also seen patients left sitting in the dining room for hours without being checked on This was a beautiful place when it was Golden Living. This new company that took over shouldn't be running a nursing home. It's all about making money for themselves. Most of them are already millionaires. This place needs much improvement.
