Well, Paramount which is it? You have the pricing advertised 3 different ways. Is it $3500.00, $5230.00 or $10,000.00. Whichever price fits their mood, just add another $3000.00 for the HOA monthly fee. We had a terrible experience here. My father fell more than once a day. There was never a family meeting to discuss his falling or did any of administration reach out to see how my Dad was. He was rushed to the hospital several times for these falls. I asked for pads to be put at his bedside, and they said the doctor would have to order them. Well, 30 days later and they never ordered them. They put my father in a room with an unruly patient. This patient would scream obscenities all night. When I discussed this with the staff, they looked at me and said, "they should have never put a roommate into this room." My father got very little rest here. When I brought this to administration, it went on deaf ears. Patients do have a call bell(alert) system they wear around their neck. I observed many times they do not answer the call bell, first because they don't hear it or the system does not work. Again, brought this to administration, nothing was done. How about do some audits of the system, the numbers don't lie. My father had many items stolen, never heard from administration. My Dad is in a much better facility. Has not fallen once in 60 days. There are better facilities that give safe and quality care. Don't settle for Paramount...we had to.

We are very grateful for the compassionate care that our father received at Paramount Senior Living at Peters Township. Although his time there was ultimately brief, we have nothing but praises to sing for the staff of this top-notch facility. Everything is kept in immaculate condition and it is a very cheery, hospitable atmosphere. Lots of interesting activities spanning many interests. The food is quite good. And as mentioned, the staff is remarkable, from the nurses to the aides to the management to the dining room and maintenance teams - everyone was responsive and thorough. Having had a less than satisfactory experience with our mother at a competitor facility, we were overwhelmed by everyone's kindness at Paramount. They communicated with us constantly and with a high level of empathy. Special shout-outs to Shelby (Admissions), Karen (Front Desk) and the entire Hospice team for treating Dad like family and making his time at Paramount dignified while he transitioned through the end of life's journey.

My father in law fell several times. They had to be constantly reminded to put sensors on his chair and bed. They told us the alarm when he fell wasn't loud. Personal items were stolen. Definitely not worth the 10, 000 dollars first month fee or the 7000

Let me start off by saying if your loved one is mobile and out going this facility may work for you. There are many activities for the residents. If your loved one is not mobile and outgoing like my mom then please think again before choosing Paramount. They present a good sales job on your initial visit but don’t be fooled. It is a revolving door for both in house management and nursing staff. And transparency is non-existent. My mom lived at Paramount for 7 months declining physically everyday until she passed away. She fell many times and three times resulted in trips to the emergency room. Also make sure you have everything in writing, because we were told the rates had just been raised and would be good for the year. Three months in they tried to raise the rates by 25% until we took action. So do your due diligence and go with your gut feeling. Just like a person, only beauty is skin deep, the same applies here. It may be a pretty building but doesn’t make the inside workings excellent.

My heart is full of gratitude and praise for the staff and the immaculate facilities at Paramount Senior Living of Peters. Several months ago, I was faced with a hard decision to leave my mom in a nursing home in Ohio where she lived all her life or move her closer to me as her health was declining so I could better tend to her. The Paramount Admissions Staff members were able to give me a tour ASAP, answer every question, explain the affordable costs, and make my mom’s move as smooth as possible. The nurses, aides, facilities staff, hospice staff, and so many others made my mom’s stay at Paramount a wonderful blessing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and the caring caregivers who are outstanding!
