Well, Paramount which is it? You have the pricing advertised 3 different ways. Is it $3500.00, $5230.00 or $10,000.00. Whichever price fits their mood, just add another $3000.00 for the HOA monthly fee. We had a terrible experience here. My father fell more than once a day. There was never a family meeting to discuss his falling or did any of administration reach out to see how my Dad was. He was rushed to the hospital several times for these falls. I asked for pads to be put at his bedside, and they said the doctor would have to order them. Well, 30 days later and they never ordered them. They put my father in a room with an unruly patient. This patient would scream obscenities all night. When I discussed this with the staff, they looked at me and said, "they should have never put a roommate into this room." My father got very little rest here. When I brought this to administration, it went on deaf ears. Patients do have a call bell(alert) system they wear around their neck. I observed many times they do not answer the call bell, first because they don't hear it or the system does not work. Again, brought this to administration, nothing was done. How about do some audits of the system, the numbers don't lie. My father had many items stolen, never heard from administration. My Dad is in a much better facility. Has not fallen once in 60 days. There are better facilities that give safe and quality care. Don't settle for Paramount...we had to.
