Friendly and experienced staff in all areas. They truly put the patients needs and care first and really care about the happiness of the patient’s stay. Not a luxury spa but an EXCELLENT facility for handling patients physical and medical rehabilitation and needs.

Couldn't be happier with my dad's short stay here! He spent a little over a week for skilled rehab. From the first phone call with Kelly in admissions, I knew this place was going to be great for my dad. She was very informative, caring, and easy to talk to. My dad was so happy with the care he received from everyone on the 4th floor! He said everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was good, the room was comfortable, the nurses ( Rachel, Latoya, Marlena, and Valerie) were excellent, and therapy (Megan and Troy) were great! - sorry if any names were misspelled 😊 If ever needed again, we would definitely call to see if they had any availability! Thank you for everything and happy holidays!

My 87 year old father was in Townview for two weeks for rehabilitation. He was on the fourth floor and had the best care. Everybody was so nice and took such good care of my sweet dad. I honestly have no complaints at all. I must say there was one standout and her name was Val. She was always there for whatever he needed and he even hugged her when we left (my dad isn't a hugger unless you're family). She was absolutely wonderful and we will miss seeing her smiling face.

Our mother has been at Townview for almost six months, and we could not be happier with the care she receives. From administration and aides to physicians, nurses, and housekeeping, every staff member is unfailingly kind and leads with empathy. The facility is clean, and while our mom’s dementia keeps her from participating in many activities, there are always plenty of options available for residents. Even though we live in the South Hills and were initially hesitant about moving her to Canonsburg, it has truly been the best decision we’ve made. Thank you for everything you do. Sincerely, The Wyland Kids
