My girlfriend was just brought in there today and Webster Park is amazingly clean and the people are so friendly and it isn't even the week days yet. Time will tell but I think it is great. Shirley Kelsch (girlfriend of Lindas for 30 years)

Please read these negatives before you decide to utilize this facility. I’m guessing some are fake. We read them and still thought, well they have good ratings with Medicare. The negligence is, honestly, hard to comprehend. My father went in on a Friday. By Sunday, he didn’t receive his bipap(life saving device) the first night and the second, the nurse put it on wrong and forgot to turn it on. By Sunday, he had a fall(not observed) and found they are not sure how long after. O2 82 which is a need to call 911, nevermind he fell and was on Eliquis. The nurse told us on Sunday morning that she would put in for bloodwork. After 4 hours we requested an ambulance. The supervisor, Grace, stated we were inpatient and there was no need as his O2 was fine. Meanwhile, he was showing signs of delirium along with inconsistent O2. My father died on Tuesday at 12:25pm. He was brought to the the ER on Sunday at our request and their defiance, was admitted to PCU upon arrival and died less than 48 hours later. We are reporting to Dept of Heath etc. 8 months later and still no follow ups from this company.

My mom was recently there for rehabilitation. The staff was absolutely fantastic and made my mom feel comfortable. They went out of their way to help, to make sure all of us felt comfortable with everything. They were always informative with the game plans on therapy and asking if there was anything anyone could do to make anything better. The entire staff was always so helpful with any questions i had, the place was always so clean , I would highly recommend webster park to anyone that has to go to rehab.

This place is terrible. My brother was here for long term care. If you’re not a squeaky wheel don’t expect much. I felt we were finally at a point the facilty knew us and what our expectations were (nothing too deep, just get him out of bed and in his chair daily. Not a huge ask IMO). It was unfortunate that Webster Park had a fire displacing all their residents especially since we felt at least they knew to get him out of bed every day as that was our only ask. We were sent to another facility as a “temp” basis. I realized how badly my loved one was treated. I was able to stay at this other facility and am so happy. I have so much more to say about how terrible this place is and have names but will not stoop to that level. Just stay away from this place.
