Wayne Woodlands is truly a special place. Every member of the staff deeply cares about the residents and their outcomes. From Judy, to the nurses, to the PT team, everyone here is passionate about the work they do. You can feel the dedication in the way they interact with residents every day.

Staff members even stay after hours to coordinate events, activities, and social gatherings that make the Manor feel like a real home, not just a facility. The level of compassion, consistency, and heart at Wayne Woodlands is incredible — it’s clear the residents are genuinely loved and supported. Highly recommended.
