Amazing staff, nurses, aids, cleaning and especially the rehab who got my mom back on her feet. And the activity people do a great job at bringing fun to their days. Thank you all My mom came back after fall, once again amazing care. Rehab staff you rock. She is back walking and secure. Every nurse and aid we work with are kind, compassionate and the hardest workers. Shout out to Mallory and all the aids on 200. You are an amazing team. She is in the best care. Thank you all. Even the cleaning staff care about the residence. And activities team keep the smiles going.

Since I call to get some information about my friend LINDA was a very sweet and give me some updates about my friend, the visit hours, also she recommended me what kind the presents i can bring to him, very nice ladie ( this is a simple phone call) then went I get over there the front desk and the person ( l forgot her name ) was very helpful, respect and compassion when l ask if I can get a rolling cart, she was amazing, pass me the key for used the restroom , also l was in the hallway carrying at 24 botles the water for my friend and one of the nurses asking me if I need help, obvious I say no, every person really make a big impression with the patients and visitors, very happy with Carbondale Rehabilitati , all single people made a such a great difference, thanks all of you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰

I had a wonderful experience visiting this facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was clear they genuinely care about the residents—I loved seeing the kind and respectful interactions throughout the building. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression. I truly felt comfortable and confident with the level of care being provided here. Highly recommend.
