Waverly Heights

Waverly Heights is a Life Plan Community offering the full continuum of care located in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, on the Main Line near Philadelphia. The community is situated on a 63-acre former estate and operates as a nationally accredited, nonprofit organization serving residents 60 years of age or older.

The community provides independent living residences with new independent living apartments coming soon. Waverly Heights is part of the Waverly Senior Services family, which also includes Waverly Care and Waverly Connect to support residents' evolving needs.

Waverly Care delivers customized in-home care services to assist adults with activities of daily living, provided by private duty caregivers centered on respect, compassion, and dignity. Waverly Connect offers personalized care management services, family consultations, placement assistance, and resources to individuals and families navigating lifecare needs across Philadelphia and surrounding counties, serving as advocates, partners, coordinators, and communicators.
