Waterview Lodge Rehab and Healthcare is a very well-maintained facility. The rooms are clean, and the landscaping outside is beautiful as well. The nurses, PCAs, and everyone who works there are polite, compassionate, and helpful. They treat the residents with kindness and respect. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Indira Desai and the entire second-floor staff at Waterview Lodge for the exceptional care they provide to my mother.

I had never heard of Waterview Lodge and we chose it for it's proximity to our house when my wife broke her leg, We lucked out. It is a lovely facility, very welcoming, bright and spotless. The staff is beyond caring and my wife felt they became part of the family. Waterview Lodge was a good choice. In fact we chose it again when my wife broke her other leg several months later.

I have a very medically and psychiatrically challenged client who recently moved into long term care at Waterview Lodge. Although initial communication/collaboration was a bit of a challenge, this was comfortable to discuss and successfully resolved. The overall care has been extremely good. Staff are attentive, caring and very available to the clients. Medications are administered in a timely fashion. The environment is clean, well organized and easy to navigate. Care plan meetings are regularly held, helpful, with goals reviewed and new ones established. Administration is attentive, values being kept informed about the clients and becomes appropriately involved in any and all concerns raised. My mom has been residing at Waterview Lodge since she fractured her hip and was unable to return to her home. I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassionate care and support during this difficult and emotional transition. The case management team was especially tactful, caring, and understanding, guiding our family through every step with patience and clarity. Everyone here is exceptionally kind, and the entire atmosphere radiates comfort and warmth. The facility is also kept very clean, which adds tremendously to the sense of safety and well-being. The nurses are highly knowledgeable and respond promptly to any medical concerns. The nursing assistants are gentle, attentive, and make every effort to ensure that residents are comfortable and well cared for. The rehabilitation staff also deserves special recognition. They are incredibly skilled, patient, and compassionate. My mom absolutely loved her therapy sessions and looked forward to them every day. The food is delicious! My mom is a picky eater, yet every time I see her during or after meals, I’m delighted to find that she has enjoyed and finished her food. The activities staff has also been wonderful. They do their best to engage my mom—who primarily speaks Russian—in activities she can participate in despite the language barrier.
