My husband and I spent so much time visiting senior living apartments in the Westchester area for his parents. It was very important to find a place where the tenants were intellectually stimulated, active, and welcoming. We dealt with Abby Stenzler. She was so communicative from the second we reached out and provided us with more attention and information than we had received from any other place we toured. She introduced us to Lauren, the director who was so welcoming and friendly. We loved everything about our visit and cannot wait for my in-laws to meet Abby and Lauren, and see the beautiful apartments and everything the building has to offer!

Let me count the ways.... Life at Waterstone of Westchester is nothing short of amazing. It starts with the staff (thank you Abby) who are warm and helpful. Then there are the multitude of premium amenities but the best is the residents themselves in this community who are vibrant and welcoming . Take a tour and you will see!

My parents moved into Waterstone of Westchester this winter. The team - particularly Abby our leasing consultant - did an incredible job around all the logistics of their move, including a temporary smaller apartment while we waited for availability in a larger one. The community is warm and welcoming. Its extremely well-located within Westchester - central and with many amenities nearby. The staff is nice and the maintenance team is very helpful. They have a great network of providers who help residents - Right at Home for caregiving, folks to hang pictures & TVs, trainers, physical therapists and even Tatiana who does a great blowout! Its a great option for people who are not ready for assisted living but want to live in a building that creates community through both place and activities. It feels fresh & new - like any standard new construction - and seems like a great place to call home! I would highly recommend!

As a physical therapist who regularly works with residents at The Waterstone, I can confidently say this is an exceptional community. The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and most importantly, extremely helpful in supporting both residents and outside care providers like myself so we can do our jobs effectively. That level of collaboration makes a meaningful difference in resident outcomes.<br><br>It’s also very clear that the team here genuinely cares about the residents. The individuals I treat are truly happy living at The Waterstone, and that speaks volumes about the culture, attentiveness, and quality of care. Management is approachable, engaged, and always willing to listen, which has made them outstanding partners in providing the best possible experience for residents.<br><br>On top of that, the facility itself is beautiful. The building and amenities are impeccably maintained, and it’s obvious there is a great deal of pride taken in creating a welcoming, high-quality environment. I highly recommend The Waterstone to anyone seeking a community that prioritizes both excellence and compassion.
