If you love your family members don't send them here. The kitchen manager Crystal Roberts is abusive to the people who live here. I've witnessed her yelling at several of people here.

I have visited before and it is very chaotic. It’s Impossible to locate an attendant when you need one. If you call the “ladies” on the phone are horrible. It bothers me so deeply that there are helpless people in their care. This place needs shut down. Check on your loved ones regularly 😣

I toured several places for my mom. Most of them I left feeling like it was not a place for her. When I toured the Waters staff greeted me warmly & with a smile . I enjoyed the visit and the residents that I came in contact with. Mom was going to like it there I just knew it. She passed away 12 days prior to her move . I just know she would have liked it there, and thought I should share how I felt. Thank you guys I wish she had gotten the chance.

I visited this assisted living facility multiple times in 2024 to spend time with my grandmother, who is a resident there. While visiting, I experienced deeply unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from staff members on more than one occasion. Specifically, a female staff member—possibly a custodian—mocked and openly laughed at me after she overheard my discussion with my grandmother about my personal life and relationships. On another separate occasion, I overheard the same staff member and another unidentified female employee mocking me behind my back as I was leaving the facility. This behavior was completely unacceptable, hurtful, and profoundly unprofessional. Visitors should feel safe, respected, and welcome, especially when they are visiting loved ones in an assisted living setting. Instead, I was subjected to bullying, ridicule, and disrespect, which made my visits extremely uncomfortable and emotionally distressing. I strongly recommend the management of this facility immediately address the conduct and professionalism of their staff to ensure no other visitors or residents experience similar mistreatment.
