My father was at The Waters of New Castle for rehab after a decline in strength due to an extended illness. Although he was reluctant to go to a facility, he stated to me that the place was nice and clean. After his stay, he said he appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff was, and that everyone treated him well. He said therapy was hard, but it helped him get stronger in just a few weeks. I will continue to recommend The Waters to anyone needing rehab.

I spent almost 2 months in Rehab at the Water's in 2024. 💕 My pastor's wife, Traci Jaco, recommended Water's to me, I found out everything she said was true. Brittany, is over a Very Wonderful, Qualified, and Caring, group of Professionals, which says a lot about herself. My needs were taken care of in a timely manner, and with great attitudes and smiles. Personable, and Professional!! Kind and Hard Working!! If you or a Loved One are needing Rehabilitation Services or Unable to live Independently please consider the Water's.~ Virginia Cupp (Jenny)

When making the difficult decision for placement of our Mother in a Nursing Home, The Waters of New Castle was our first choice. The staff were caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Our family appreciated the excellent care provided.

Great facility. Great care. Staff friendly, place kept clean. Great team of specialists. My father in law was here for a number of weeks, as well as my mother, recovering from knee surgery.

Worse elderly care I’ve seen in my life. My grandma went in about a year ago at about 150 lbs less then a year later she’s skin and bones. The place smells like feces, the employees are rude, unprofessional, and are doing none work activities. My grandmother got send to the hospital and the doctor let us all know she had dementia and Parkinson’s. No one knew in the family waters neglected to tell anyone in our family about this and for how long she had it no one knows. Shortly after being admitted to the hospital she died. The lack of communication,transparency professionalism, and cleanliness is distrusting and honestly this place should be closed and or everyone should be fired. No family or elderly person should have to ever go through or deal with this ever!!!.
