i would think before putting a loved one in this place most of the staff from the administration down to the cna’s are rude and have absolutely zero bed side manners there were only a few nurses other staff and cna’s who were nice i was unaware that arguing with a resident is now okay and doing what they want and not listening to the needs of the residents i would never put someone i loved here.

The Waters Of Greencastle is an excellent facility that truly cares for the residents there. They are kind, considerate of individual needs and do so many events to keep their residents actively participating as a group. Ice cream specials, special visitors who interact with the residents and accommodates familie's requests for birthday parties and other family events. The staff is wonderful and show compassion and understanding for each person there. I must be honest...I have never seen another facility that has even come close to The Waters. Thank you all for caring for the residents who need so much. Please never change! God bless.

My mom was here for 5 years and received good care. She loved attending the church services and the entertainment they have there. The Waters truly does treat everyone like family

I broke both of my ankles and was at The Waters of Greencastle for around 3 months for rehabilitation. The Staff was the best. I know most people would think it would be terrible, but the Admin, Doctors, Nursing, CNA,, PT, OT, Dietary, and even the cleaning staff made my stay there the best and most enjoyable. They took very very good care of me. I had a lot of fun playing bingo and cards with the staff and residents there. I made a friend’s with the residents and staff at The Waters. I would recommend The Waters of Greencastle to anyone that had to go through a short term stay at the Waters. If I ever had to go through something like this again or had to go through a long term stay, it would be at The Waters of Greencastle.

My grandma was recently at the Waters. Most of the nursing staff was good to her. However, the first week she was there, they left her sitting up in her chair until 1am bc they had forgotten about her. She went an entire week without being bathed. They continued to give her food her doctor said she couldn’t have. The place was not very clean . The administrator, Jenny was a very unpleasant person. She is very unprofessional. She talks badly to residents, family of residents, and staff . We placed my grandma somewhere else due to how she was treated by Jenny. After reading the reviews, I only see 5 stars from people who work there . Please do not send your loved ones to The Waters of Greencastle.
