They were disrespectful to my loved one and did not care for him. One time he was screaming for a hour and they did not come to care for him and then tried to act like it did not happen .

My mamaw was there for almost 3 hours and nobody helped her to get dressed, she was still in a hospital gown after being transported, nobody came to get her lunch tray until hours later, the place was absolutely filthy, it smelled strongly of old pee, the outside was a mess and the staff was rude. I wouldn't recommend anybody put their loved ones here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Place was filthy, the area they gave my grandmother was tiny. It wasn't much more than her bed. The place stinks. Some of the residents were completely unkempt, no shoes on, full dirty diapers, unwashed hair. The main lady I talked to to get grandmother out was rude and unwelcoming. My grandmother was there for less than three hours before we refused to let her stay. It was totally heartbreaking to see a facility like this in the state it was in.
