Choosing a senior living community is a massive decision but from the moment we walked through the doors here, we knew we were in the right place. The staff goes above and beyond every single day—not just meeting physical needs, but truly building relationships and bringing joy to the residents. The atmosphere is vibrant, the community events are fantastic, and there is a genuine sense of warmth and security. I cannot recommend this community highly enough to any family looking for exceptional care and peace of mind

I'm very excited to be here. I've work towards this goal for about 1 year. I came here from Houston and I am very pleased. Ive been here for 2 days and already making friends and feeling comfortable as well as safe. Looking forward to the Founders gathering on April 21st.

I’ve been watching Watermere Highlands being build from ground up. The Founders Club is awesome for meeting and getting acquainted with our future neighbors! Watch out…..the ‘luxury’ stops in Master Bath where you get a SHOWER CURTAIN…..yes, you heard right, A SHOWER CURTAIN! Oh, they will ask you to pay for your own glass door if you want glass….THAT THEY OF COURSE, GET TO KEEP should you pass or move!! Is this NOT the most weirdest….item in a luxury retirement community…..a shower curtain?!? Huge Showstopper for me and the friends I have shared this with! I say, “Hey, the 70’s is looking for their shower curtain!

We have followed the development of Watermere Highlands and are so pleased with how everything is being done. The staff planning the overall building, the apartments, and activities have answered all our questions. We look forward to continued working with the staff, especially Maria and her helpers as we plan our move in. We toured other Watermere properties and know this will be the perfect place for us.
