From our very first conversation, Cindy Ismailyan guided us through every step of the transition process, helping us move my mother from Florida to her new home with remarkable professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. What initially felt daunting became seamless thanks to Cindy's expertise and support. When we arrived, both the staff and residents were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The community itself is beautifully appointed—elegant without being pretentious. It strikes the perfect balance between quality and comfort, creating a welcoming, homey atmosphere that immediately put our family at ease. We are deeply grateful to Cindy and the entire Oakmont team for making this important transition such a positive experience. Watermark Beverly Hills is truly exceptional. The staff’s professionalism, compassion, dedication and attention to detail make this community stand out from the rest. Benny, the Activities Director, brings incredible energy and creativity to every program and event — there’s always something engaging and uplifting happening for the residents. The care team is attentive and provides outstanding individual care, the dining room staff and Chef Israel Tan consistently provide delicious, high-quality meals, and the entire community runs smoothly thanks to the wonderful leadership of Blasia, the Executive Director, and Angela in the business office both always readily available, kind and responsive. I’m so grateful for the care, kindness, and sense of community they provide for my mother.

The Watermark of Beverly Hills has been an absolute game-changer for our family. Since my grandma moved in, we’ve seen such a beautiful shift in her energy and overall happiness. She’s more vibrant, social, and full of life than we’ve seen in years. Before moving, she was spending most days alone and had really withdrawn. Now she’s out and about, joining in on activities, making friends, and even cutting our phone calls short because she has somewhere to be... and we love that! The staff here is truly exceptional. They treat every resident with warmth, patience, and genuine care. It’s clear they take the time to know each person individually, and that personal connection makes all the difference. Her health has improved, her spirit is lifted, and for the first time in a long while, she feels excited about life again. We’re beyond grateful to The Watermark of Beverly Hills for giving our grandma a place where she can truly thrive and feel at home.
