The Waterfalls is well maintained, exquisitely landscaped , well lit, inviting community. Lidia , the Property Manger was professional, accommodating, helpful and patient . She helped us pick the apartment we truly love.<br>The apartment floor plan is open , clean, new appliances , and flooring , the closets are huge and plentiful and include a “California Closet ” system which everyday amazes me.<br>There is a lovely clubhouse with two pool tables and a large tv . The laundry is onsite but not like any laundromat I ever saw - beautiful exotic plants with a view of the waterfalls . They also have a ballroom , outside barbecue area and lovely people.<br>Thank you Lidia’

So happy that I found the Waterfalls; ideal place to spend the ‘senior years’. I’m<br>Pleased with every aspect of living here . Lydia is extremely helpful ; highly recommended
