Very sad day for the Watercrest family. Sorry for your loss, she was probably the best Activities Director's in the state, perhaps the country. Very bad management decisions happening at that property. Goodluck, sad, the marketing department was unable to get things correct. I would not reccomend this property to my friends and families.

Watercrest was most welcoming when I first contacted them about a new home for my parents. Tiffany was awesome to work with. She is very kind and considerate and understands what a big decision moving into a new community can be. She was very gracious and showed us several available units. The apartments were all very nice, and the decision was tough, but Tiffany helped us to get a unit my parents really loved. We enjoyed a wonderful and tasty lunch in the dining room as well. Tiffany and Watercrest has helped to make this big transition much easier. My parents are looking forward to joining the Watercrest community!

What a wonderful event Watercrest threw yesterday, nothing but smiles all around the room, which speaks volumes of the value of care patients receive when residing at this beautiful, attentive facility! Special shout-out to Mrs. Tiffany Wright as she rocks learning her new sales position, Mrs. Sherry Brown, the wonderful activity director who set up the event, the cooks & everyone else who put in to make it all happen! I had the pleasure of meeting administrator Micaela and sales manager Tiffany today for a tour! They were both incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the time they took to answer questions and to make the experience enjoyable. Will be back for the activities!

Very impressed with everything offered at this retirement community. I am looking for a retirement community for my parents who are moving from out of state and I was impressed with everything you get for the price! The apartments are immaculate and so beautiful. The community is also only 6 years old and stunning! The services and amenities are close to all inclusive with options for flexibility and customization. And it’s one thing to get good vibes from a community visit, but while leaving a random woman runs up to me to see if I have any questions. She had recently moved her mother into this community and only said wonderful things about the customer service and communication. She also told me her mother LOVES it there! This speaks volumes for a retirement community!
