Avoid this place at all cost do not send your love ones here the food is terrible the kitchen staff is so unprofessional the manger of the the kitchen are the worst they treat their staff like criminals no compassion need to send health dept to inspect the kitchen and the staff do not recommend this facility at all sincerely aaron wright

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. We met with ViAnna, a sales counselor there, and she is absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, an attentive listener, and took the time to truly understand exactly what my parents need for this next chapter. The environment is beautiful, but it’s the people like ViAnna who make it special. I highly recommend this community and ViAnna to anyone looking for great care for their loved ones!

I would like to recognize the outstanding service and support we received from Darlene. From the day my uncle moved in, she has demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion for him.<br><br>She has above and beyond to help us navigate the transition process, promptly addressing every question and concern we had along the way. One of the things we appreciated most was how organized and proactive she was in helping us get him settled, including coordinating important details like apartment keys, move-in logistics, and ensuring everything flowed smoothly.<br><br>Darlene is a tremendous asset to the facility. We are sincerely grateful for her dedication, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.

Darlene makes a point to engage with families and residents. Her compassion for the residents and their families is very apparent. When concerns have come up she has always been available to listen and to address those concerns. Her role as an administer is demanding and she makes an effort to be present for her residents. She has made our experience with The Landing a good one.

A special acknowledgement goes to Carrie Williams, the Director of Nursing who is wonderful to collaborate with,She is highly responsive , attentive and ensures that all clinical orders are followed through and carried out appropriately.Her leadership fosters strong communication and seamless coordination of care. Our Partnership between ADMT Caring Hospice and The Landing has been extremely positive.Carrie and her team actively work alongside with our hospice staff, promoting a collaborative approach that benefits residents and their families.She also support ongoing education by coordinating and participating in in-services and trainings, strenghtening the clinical knowledge and team work between our organizaions.
