Very rude receptionist, literally slammed the phone down on my face, i didnt even have chance to say more than my name, its not that they know me or anything, was just inquiring, and this is how I get treated the first time I call.

WaterCrest has been amazing for my family. My grandparents have recently moved in, and they also love it, especially the ice cream bar 🤣<br>The staff is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Jessica is amazing and helped us so much, from touring the property to even after move-in day.<br>Watercrest is great, and I'd highly recommend it.

I have visited Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens on many occasions and I must say each and every time I have been impressed. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. The residents are well taken care of and happy and the administrative staff is hands on and very involved in the day to day operations. Although it is a large community, each and every resident is greeted by name by all staff. At Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens you aren't just a number, you are a part of a family. This caring touch is consistent throughout the community from independent, to assisted, to memory care no one is left out. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for top notch senior living. Kudos to you all Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens
