Memory Care Facility - DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!<br>Do not be taken in by the new and nice appearance of this facility. It is horribly run and completely under staffed by totally inept management and staffed with lazy nurse, technicians and front desk receptionists. Sadly, my father passed within 3 months of being moved here, and I am certain that their negligence was partly to blame. He was hardly ever changed and got a UTI. When we took him to a physician, they said his hygiene was terrible (teeth not brushed, rarely bathed and not changed often enough). The nurse/doctor 'forgot' to fill his meds one week and consequently he missed his Parkinson's medication (this in addition to the poor hygiene is known to accelerate end stages of Parkinson's). In addition, he had dementia and we asked that visitors be restricted to the list of approved people. Even after repeated requests and a sign posted at the front desk, the receptionist(s) continuously let random people in to see him, and one person was actually able to get him to sign a notarized document in which he removed himself from the deed to his house! My brother and sister-in-law were there almost every day, and every day the tech on duty would complain about how tired they were because there wasn't enough staff. There is only ONE person on duty day and/or night (not enough for the 8 or 9 residents) and every time you want to leave the building you have to go track them down so they can 'badge' you out. Then, to top if off, after my father passed, Luxe 'mistakenly' charged us for the month of April. They called to apologize and said the charge would be credited, and of course it never was. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and had them blocked so they couldn't charge us again. God help any of the poor souls that are still in this place. There was one woman who worked there who was lovely (she was in charge of activities/entertainment) although I don't believe she's there anymore. And I will say - the food is pretty descent. So they got that goin for them. Do your research folks. It's obvious whoever owns this facility only cares about how much money they're taking in. They don't care anything about your loved one.

RUN!!!!!!<br><br>If you are considering placing your loved one at Luxe Senior Living, I strongly urge you to think twice. My experience with this community was beyond disappointing — it was deeply concerning.<br><br>The level of care did not meet the expectations that were presented, and I did not feel residents were receiving the attention and oversight they deserve. Activities felt minimal and lacked the engagement and stimulation that seniors need for quality of life.<br><br>On top of that, the overall environment felt strained and poorly managed. When leadership fails to properly support staff, it shows — and unfortunately, residents are the ones who ultimately feel the impact.<br><br>Do your homework. Ask hard questions. Visit often and unannounced. Make sure you are completely confident before trusting this community with someone you love.

If you're searching for a high-quality assisted living facility (ALF), I highly recommend considering Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter or Luxe Senior Living at Wellington. Both locations offer exceptionally spacious apartments, beautifully maintained grounds, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire building.<br><br>During our visit to Luxe Jupiter, we had the pleasure of working with Shana Wenzell, who was truly outstanding. She took the time to give us a thorough tour, measured walls in the apartments to help us visualize our furniture placement, patiently answered every question we had, and even offered thoughtful, practical advice based on her experience. Shana introduced us to several staff members who addressed our concerns in detail, and we had the chance to chat with current residents. Those conversations gave us a genuine sense of the community and daily life there—it felt friendly, supportive, and vibrant.<br><br>My sister-in-law was so impressed that she chose Luxe Jupiter and is now very excited about her upcoming move-in. We couldn't be happier with the experience and feel confident recommending Luxe to anyone looking for upscale, caring senior living.

Five stars!!<br>I can’t say enough good things about this community. Luxe Senior Living is under new management and has made amazing changes. The care is exceptional, the food is delicious and the activities are awesome! If you’re looking for a senior living community for your loved one, this is the place to go to!

The Luxe Assisted Living Facility in Jupiter has become home for my family! The staff are caring and kind and engaging. The amenities are plentiful and the daily activities keep the residents hopping! Highly recommend a visit!
