I attended a network event this past Saturday and I must say...this was the most interactive open house I've ever attended. The staff was extremely friendly and loving, the food was tasty and the environment felt warm, inviting and fun to be around. You can tell that the staff really thought outside the box when putting everything together. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the entertainment that was for the seniors was so fun that even I was singing along, haha!<br><br>Definitely would recommend is residential living to any senior that is looking to have more of a social life- you will never feel alone.

5/31/2024 Update regarding the Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens and RUI. The management team does not returns phone calls or emails. They are always in "meetings". I even tried calling the corporate office, every call went to voice mail. Even the front desk does not answer the phone at the corporate office. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.<br><br>My father has been a resident since last fall. From the time we first visited YourLife (now Inspiritas) for a tour through the move in we have found the staff to be courteous, professional, and helpful. They are always available either via phone, in person, or email.<br><br>My father recently told me, "everyone is doing a good job taking care of me". He mentioned the aids, nurses, cleaners, the receptionist, and the chef are all taking good care of him. I have personally witnessed the staff treating my father with kindness.<br><br>i am very grateful that we found such a wonderful place for him to call home and know that he is safe and is being taken care of.

For those interested in the Memory Care portion of this community , please be aware that you will need to plan for large annual fee increases. Our increase from year 2 to year 3 has been 7%. This is not something that is communicated when we originally signed with the Madyson and I would like others to be prepared.<br><br>Also, unfortunately the Madyson has had multiple changes in the Executive Director position as well as the Director of Nursing positions. There has been a lot of changes in staff during the past 2.5 years.
