My daughter has been trying to get into the CNA class and the HR lady (Emily) will not return her phone call. She gets put on hold and then to voicemail. She leaves messages and never has got a return call. She’s been calling for a month. Sounds like some discrimination to me.

The menu is the same thing days in a row. They serve stuff you cant eat because you don't like it or it is cold or to dry and crunchy or to chewy. Cold coffee. No access to a microwave. The dietary dept needs to provide choices for the menu not just one thing! Not good dietary dept menu at all!

This facility is very clean, comfortable, well presented, and feels more like a friendly hotel than a starchy nursing home. The team have been amazing for us, easy to work with, appreciate our consistent interest, welcome us when we visit, and are attentive to questions. They quickly adjust and happily address our concerns, while the medical care has been reliable and flexible too. I have witnessed them take extra time to better know my husband and adjust to his preferences. They appear organized, have information readily available, and provide a number of really nice common seating areas for visits. The varied Physical Therapy / OT here has been wonderful. I know that my husband is well cared for and, unlike other local facilities, I don't worry about his wellbeing while I'm away from him. I highly recommend the Warren Manor, and commend them for their success in doing what is such a difficult job so well for us.
