Do not use if you love your family member. Incompetence theft and abused is everything that we experienced during the brief period of time that I had my father-in-law William s at this facility they stole his clothes that were brand new delivered to the front desk claiming they were going to put his name on it I put in a claim they never got back to me. This facility is disgusting dirty understaffed. Bed sores did not change his diaper did not give him required bath did not notify us when there was an emergency absolutely do not use this facility it is the worst facility in the area by far and if you give a damn about your family member never put them in here anywhere would be better than this place the front door was broke the entire time we were there the social worker is incapable of speaking the truth absolute disaster of a facility place your loved one anywhere anywhere at all then this place because I had to have my family member transferred out of this place because they were going to end up killing him they let him sit in his wheelchair basically not nonstop for 6 weeks until he had terrible bed sores dehydrated lack of food the food is absolutely disgusting garbage and after he had to go to the hospital again because of not eating not being cared for bed sores I then had him transferred to another facility anywhere would be better than this place if you don't have any money send them anywhere but this place the government has facilities all over you don't have to keep them in Warren Pennsylvania because this place is absolute death
