How can someone have pneumonia and nobody knew till the next morning she’s rushed to the hospital and is so bad she dies days later!!! The nurse says she checks everyone’s vitals in the evening, if so why wouldn’t she have noticed symptoms in this person??? This was a young person that couldn’t say how she felt from her disease so a nurse needed to watch her and do vitals faithfully!! This was neglect, they should have noticed she was sick! Not acceptable, this place needs evaluated to see if they’re even qualified to care for people! Such a shame this sweet lady lost her life over neglect!

My father has been there since January 3,2025. He loves the staff they're very friendly and attentive (not buried in cell phones) my dad does not have to wait long at all when he rings his bell. I have been on the phone with him when he has called for help it was less then 2-3 mins when someone came in. He can eat any time he wants to snacks are always available and i also send snacks. He loves coffee so he enjoys being able to get that when he wants it and doesnt have to pay for it like he had to at the other facility. Anytime I call Cindy or Angie they will pick up the phone right away. My father was at another facility you would be lucky to get someone to answer and when you did they stated they didnt have time to get my dad nor did they have time to talk to me. Danielle, Jean, and Zach are amazing calling me back or emailing me the same day. I live 6 hours away and I do not ever worry about how he is treated. I worry more how he treats the staff he can be challenging with what he is diagnosed with. When he need appointments Brent keeps up with all that and i am informed when my father goes and who he is seeing and i do not have to worry about getting the appointment or making sure he gets there Brent keeps alot of stress off me with that and i can focus on other stuff. At anytime i send things through UPS the maintenance team is awesome and timely getting the things together for him. This place is clean smells good no urine smell at all his room is always clean and tidy and no bugs flying around my dad when he eats. He is kept clean and doesn't smell of urine. The nurses and aides are amazing. I moved him from another facility because of some concerns but also for him to be close to family. I thank you all with the bottom of my heart for taking care of my dad who I know can be difficult at times. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME 💖

By far the worst place to house your family, visit and work for. House staff employees are rude and unwelcoming. The care they provide is the bare minimum. Day shift doesn't do rounds. Activities to keep the residents busy and happy really is a joke. Happens like once a month if anything. Little to no staff and every Traveler they get they talk about. Being a family member to a residentz theres no reason house staff feels that comfortable or secure in their position to gossip with family. I'm appalled and management should be ashamed. How this place hasnt been cited and shut down is beyond me. They need to drug test their staff and look into the care their residents recieve thoroughly. The place is an absolute mess.
