Poor corporate management . Property cleanliness and maintenance has gone way down since new company took over . Just want rent payment , which keeps rising! Feels and smells like a nursing home. When things break down ….days to weeks to get fixed sometimes no fixing at all !

Excellent place to live, am very pleased with the apartment and the staff has been kind and helpful. I lived there from June 2024 to April 2026. All my maintenance requests were dealt with promptly. I made new friends and enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was very kind and caring.

I have enjoyed living here and have met some great people! However, it seems like the place is falling apart! Much work needs to be done to bring it back to what it was! It seems bills aren’t getting paid any better than with Calamar and because of this we have to go without things! I would like to see the place spruced up! CJ and Aimee go over and beyond to try and please the residents!
