This place is terrible! They allowed my father's health to decline. Dont be deceived by the pictures online. The rooms have ants and they could not even provide a chair for my father to sit in when it was time for him to get up for acouple hours each day. Speaking of getting up they dodnt get him up. He was unable tonget physicalntherapy because the staff would not get him up and refused to put him on the list to get up everyday even though the physical therapy team and his doctor said it was necessary. They wouldn't get him out of bed for his physical therapy unless we were there to demand They got him up. He declined so rapidly it was sad. He caught infection after infection in this place! Then they lied to is about clearing up his UTI. The staff is nice but incapable of caring for someone with medical needs my father had.

This place is terrible! They allowed my father's health to decline. They wouldn't get him out of bed for his physical therapy unless we were there to demand They got him up. He declined so rapidly it was sad. When they had to put in an IV they would dump hand sanitizer on his arm instead of using alchohol swabs to sanitize him, so much so it left his bed wet with hand sanitizer. They kept a catheter on him for over 6 weeks even though he was wearing a diaper. Then they lied to is about clearing up his UTI. He caught infection after infection in this place. I do not think they are capable of caring for individuals that need complex medical assistance.

My experience with Warren Barr Lincoln Park has been outstanding, especially throughout the admissions process. From the very beginning, the director of admissions, Sara, was very professional, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain each step clearly, and made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and reassuring.

The staff demonstrated genuine care and worked closely with our family to ensure everything was coordinated efficiently. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel confident that our loved one would be receiving excellent care. Warren Barr Lincoln Park truly stands out for its commitment to providing a welcoming and seamless admission experience, and I would highly recommend the facility to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.
