This place is incredibly unprofessional and unequipped as a rehabilitation facility. My mom is hardly checked on, though she has complex needs and is a fall risk. My dad is there 24/7 doing the jobs of the staff. They always say they will do something or follow up almost as to appease us but then dont do any of it. Found a cockroach in the room, no one is tending to her medical needs unless we ask and ask and ask again. No one is charting anything. One nurse walked in and stated "i hope they gave her her seizure medication" and when my dad and I asked if theyre not charting this, she seemed to get flustered and said "well yes it should be charted but you know haha I hope they gave it to her," giving me the impression staff are consistently charting medication when they weren't given or consistently not charting medication they do give it. This is seizure medication, a critical medication. Staff are lying about catheterizing her when no one went in to her room at any point to do this. Since arriving my mother has only gotten worse, developing new health issues. No one cares. We finally had to get angry and explicitly call out the incompetence and borderline medical neglect in order to get anyone to pay attention and act. We'll see how it goes from here but this lack of care is appalling. How they have so many good reviews is baffling to me.

Great orthopedic rehab stay for a family member. Professional, patient and caring staff provided thorough care on a medically complex case. Special shout-out to excellent nursing, CNA and rehab staffs and big thank you to nurses Nina, Maria and Anna.

My husband was thoroughly cared for with excellence and kindness, not only receiving the prescribed rehab but also having other needs addressed that they noted. Beginning with an evening admission on a Friday night, Nurse Elvis and CNA Diana took care of him with courtesy and efficiency. While other caretakers also served well, Elvis amd Diana set the bar and maintained it throughout his stay. Social worker Monica and the PT & OT staff are also to be commended. While I cannot name each person by name, for the most part the Warren Barr Lieberman staff work as a team like a like a well-oiled machine with efficiency, kindness and courtesy.
