The community and team (Heather and Casey) Do such an incredible job and the events are always full and entertaining. The food by Chef Jake and Chef Tony is spectacular. You need to check this community out, it's the best.

After visiting many senior independent residences in the area, my husband and I chose Waltonwood Twelve Oaks. It was an easy decision because of the warmth and welcoming feeling we experienced from the staff and residents. We have been here more than three years and truly enjoy the lifestyle and friendships. There are many activities including outings and organized social events such as happy hour with wine, cheese and entertainment. You can always find someone to play cards with, work on a puzzle or just sit and visit. We have never regretted our decision to move to Waltonwood Twelve Oaks. Linda C

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Waltonwood Novi. As a professional in the industry, I frequent many facilities. WW Novi was clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff's professionalism is outstanding. Communication is so important, and the staff, from sales to the ED in assisted living to the coordinators, addressed any concerns promptly. Thank you all!! We all know it takes a village, and this village is top-notch!!

My uncle has lived at Waltonwood Twelve Oaks - Independent Living for well over ten years. The environment and people there are always welcoming and caring. They look out for him, and I've even received phone calls just to give me a heads up about how he's doing. They are a wonderful community of caring adults looking after him like family, especially Lee Tobias, Independent Living Manager and Deanna Hite. I can't say enough good things!

Waltonwood has been a wonderful place for my mother to live. It has been a difficult process with my mother but the staff have been very kind and flexible. Alicia (Life Enrichment Manager) makes sure my mom has a variety of options to keep her busy. She didn't have any when she lived at home so it's nice to see her have Alicia to keep her hands and mind busy. I would recommend Waltonwood to others.
