I called to contact a social worker, but I was never able to speak to one. I tried to make some care packages for clients that are in need but I was told they have everything they need. In those places someone always needs something and having a care package could brighten their day. I will try another location.

I had to place my mom in memory care for safety purposes which was a difficult decision for me but I must say, this facility is very caring and loving towards their patients! Every time I go in to visit, my mom is bathed, dressed, even has curls in her hair. Her bed is made and washed often. She eats well and always has her snacks and water. The staff go above and beyond. No matter how tired they are, I am always greeted with a smile. The admin team and patient care coordinators are just as wonderful! My mom loves them so much! I am grateful! Thank you Wake Assisted Living!!!

I applied for a med/tech position at this facility. When I tell you as soon as I walked in the whole entire building smelt like pure piss. The hiring manager was rude when I was trying to ask if she was looking for me, because I was sitting there for 45 mins waiting for her to come and interview me. So, I just got up and walked out. So, I am not surprised that the same position I was interviewing for is still open. If you ask me, they will never get anyone to fill that position. Because as soon as the applicant walks in there whomever it is will be walking right back out unless they desperately need a job.

I had to leave one star to write a review. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have chosen this facility. Communication with the administration is non-existent on any occasion except for when the monthly invoice is due. After removing my mother from the facility, I asked Jacqueline Wilson to fax my mother's paperwork to another facility for a week and she has not done so as of yet. She is very rude and disrespectful. She has even refused to give the needed information to my mother’s current facility. The residents do not get a bath on a regular basis, clothes are not laundered on a regular basis. When you ask, you always get excuses and nothing is done. I have had complaints since my mother has been there and nothing was never addressed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who cares for their family member.
