I only got as far as the front door as I had to speak to the lady in admissions for a respite. Nothing more than that it smells okay when you come in but I'm very interested in how it smells as you go further on back into the building but entering the front door and speaking to her was a nice experience, but I would like to see how things are in the recreational area

My husband was in there for a month for rehab. If it wasn’t for Insurance picking which ones he could go to that would’ve been my lash resort. They had German roaches the food. I wouldn’t even feed my dog. The nurses were there just for a paycheck, not to care for the patients took forever to be waited on when you push your button they made my husband sit in soiled linens for two hours. He wasn’t given the right medication or they forgot to give him his medication they always had an excuse for everything. Please look for other places to take your family members. I think we need a full inspection of the whole place but I do have to say the two physical therapy, girls Heather, and. Kaylee, we’re excellent and now I find out my husband got scabies from there!!!!!!!!

Vivo Healthcare Orange Park does NOT provided topnotch healthcare. Think before you allow your elderly-loved ones to be admitted there. The nursing staff, headed by the Director of Nursing's, Assistant Director of Nursing's, shift supervisors', LPN's and CNA's negligence contributed to the death of my mom at Vivo Healthcare Orange Park. During my mom's short stay at that nursing facility she deteriorated in health and strength. Imagine going into a facility for them to make you sicker than when you arrived there.

Pros I want to take a moment to thank the entire team for the outstanding care my auntie Annette Ray Durden is receiving while staying at your facility. From the nurses to the therapists and support staff, everyone is treating her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, your staff has made us feel reassured that she was in good hands. The level of attention, professionalism, and respect shown to her means more to us than words can express. It was clear that her comfort, safety, and recovery is truly a priority. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and hard work your team puts in every day. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my auntie and for supporting our family throughout her stay. Shoutout to Miss Krystal and Miss Lashondra Jones in the business office for ensuring all Heath insurance mets the needs to qualify my aunt for long term care. God sent angels on earth.

Rude uncaring staff and young possibly not trained well enough CNAs. Food disgusting. Not all CNAsare uncaring. They have difficult jobs and people here are in a lot of pain. Sometimes the reason it takes them to get to rooms i believe is that they are short handed and there are a lot of people to help.
