Life Care Kingsley Staff Leads (Admissions/Admin. Coordinator, Clinical Team & Dietary) were stategically helpful & proficient in creating a proficient, inclusive healthcare services, provider & resident living type of environment ( for our loved-one) being complete with compassionate & comprehensive care. The Unit Manager Dominic is a Patient & Skilled Professional of whom have helped to ensure the stability of my loved-one's care. Thank You! The MDS Staff is wonderful & cooperative to help facilitate plan of care. The facility's beauty salon manager is awesome & have been most helpful! The (Campbell H) routine RN's & CNA/CPT Staff are always responsive & supportive. Thank You for providing the Home for my loved-one as being a place that provides Dignity & Stability for the resident at LIFE CARE of Kingsley. Excellent Care & Support.

My dad has been at Life Care Center of Orange Park for about two months after being at another local rehab, and the difference in care has been clear. I visit him daily (often twice a day), and I feel very comfortable with the care he’s receiving. The staff have truly become like family to us. Any small concerns we’ve had were handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The rehab team has done an amazing job helping my dad, and I’m very happy with his progress. I especially want to recognize Lita, one of the CNAs, she is incredible. She checks on him often, keeps him smiling, and truly cares about her patients. Overall, most of the staff are kind, attentive, and dedicated. We’re very grateful for the care my dad has received here.

I recently visited a friend who in being cared for in this facility. It was clean, sunny and very pleasant. The only sign of concern was the number of personel. I waited at the nurses station for over 15 min since no one came at her call, in order to get her help to go to the bathroom as she was too weak to get up on her own. She was refused a bed pan. I finally grabbed a personell rushing by and she tried to help even though this was now her patient. She finally said just go in the Chux the patient was wearing.. I have no problem with the kind personal, only the lack of enough of them.
