Hello everyone, My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mrs. Fran. She consistently checked on my dad, grandfather, and father-in-law, and always followed up on any concerns we had. Mrs. Fran from the Administration Department has been amazing, and her compassion and dedication have meant a great deal to our family. We would also like to thank the nursing staff for the excellent care and assistance they provided to my father. In addition, the Administration Department has been outstanding, and we have noticed great improvements in housekeeping and food services, which my father greatly appreciates. Thank you all for your hard work, kindness, and commitment to providing quality care.

Beware. This is not a good place to send your loved one for nursing care. Neglect and lack of accountability run rampant through the halls. Be wary. Sad because at one place this was a good place.

Meeting staff members in person was a pleasant experience however when sending emails getting a response is almost non existent. Follow through on medical appointments or certain needs have gone unfulfilled. The food is sub par. Although grievances have been filed (by others) nothing has been done for improvement.

While there are a few nurses who genuinely care, they are the exception, not the rule. My mother has been staying here for several days, and I had no problem visiting her — until Saturday night. There was no one at the front desk to answer the door. I tried calling, and someone on the phone said they would let me in. Ten minutes passed, and I was still left standing outside. No one followed through. This is unacceptable. Families should not be kept from seeing their loved ones, especially without explanation or communication.

Love Love Love The staff in the memory care unit. There have been some recent changes and it has been for the better. The nurse Tish is so knowledgeable and friendly. All staff are very nice and have a passion for these residents. When I visited this week they were baking cookies and all the patients were having a great time. It smelled like fresh baked cookies from home. There is always a staff member around watching over everyone.
