I would not recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone. My father was a resident there, and the level of care he received was completely unacceptable. The facility was dirty, and basic hygiene was neglected. There were times when he was not bathed properly, and it often felt as though his overall care and well-being were not a priority. Families trust rehabilitation centers to provide compassionate, professional care to their loved ones, especially when they are vulnerable and unable to care for themselves. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Communication was poor, cleanliness was lacking, and we were deeply disappointed by the treatment my father received. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this facility to thoroughly research other options before making a decision. Our family expected quality care and dignity for our loved one, and we did not receive either.

Everyone's nice but don't come in here with a gluten-free dairy-free and expect to get it because you won't you spoke to them and tried to figure out why when my son and his daughter checked on this place to come they said they could honor my gluten-free and they can't won't

This facility has the most caring people employed there. From the doctors down to the C.NAs The food is excellent and they have an events coordinator who keeps the residents busy. There definitely is a lot of love and caring in Charming Lakes

Would rate zero stars if possible. They first left him in a wheelchair unattended for about an hour. Second, the room TV stopped and no one came to fix it. They keep saying on the phone they'll come to help, but that's not even guaranteed! NOW, they're neglecting him and not even turning off his light no matter how many times they're notified, and they're not bringing him medicine. TERRIBLE!!!
