WELL VITAS WAS VERY GOOD TO HELP ME TO HELP MY HUSBAND, HE HAD TERMINAL CANCER AND THEY WHERE THERE TO KEEP HIM COMFORTABLE WITH HIS PAIN . HIS NURSE VIVIANA TOBAL CAME TO BE LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER TO US BOTH. AND THE SW HAILLIE CARK WAS WONDERFUL TO US SHE HELP US WITH OUR NEEDS AND CAME TO VISIT ALMOST EVERYDAY SHE GAVE ME COMFORT TOO SHES IS SO SWEAT AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL HEART. VITAS HOSPLICE WAS THE BEST CHOICE WE MADE.

I'm truly thankful for choosing Vitas Healthcare—a special thanks to Tayne for caring for my mother-in-law and consistently keeping me updated. My dear sweet mom passed away peacefully last week at the age of 92. One of her wishes was to go in her sleep naturally and painlessly. The Vitas team did everything humanly possible to care for her and keep her comfortable and most of all well loved during her last days. Her caregivers went above and beyond their medical responsibilities and moved into the realm of giving my mom love and emotional support. I would like to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Yanela, who was my lifeline from a long distance as I live across the country. Yanela was so kind and knew how difficult it was for me to be so far away from my mother. I will always appreciate her compassion and professionalism. Vitas treated my mom as family and I will always appreciate and remember them well. Thank you, Vitas team!

When our family needed hospice care for my mom, VITAS exceeded every expectation. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they treated my mother with incredible dignity, compassion, and love while supporting our entire family every step of the way.<br><br>A very special thank you to Yanela Estremera, who loved and cared for my mom as if she were her own grandmother. Her kindness, patience, dedication, and genuine compassion went far above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She wasn’t just providing care—she became part of our family, and we will be forever grateful for the love she showed my mom.<br><br>I also want to recognize Gloria, Dr. Cristina Dou, Chaplain Milacovich, social worker Kacie, nurse Robert, and Roseleen. Each of them was exceptional—professional, caring, generous with their time, and always there when we needed them. They worked together as an incredible team, making sure my mom was comfortable and that our family felt supported, informed, and cared for throughout the entire journey.<br><br>I know there were many other members of the VITAS team who cared for my mother whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. Please know that every single one of you made a difference. Every person who came into our home treated my mom with kindness, respect, compassion, and dignity. We are deeply grateful to all of you.<br><br>If you are ever faced with the difficult decision of choosing hospice care for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend VITAS. They provide not only outstanding medical care but also compassion, comfort, dignity, and peace during life’s most challenging moments.
