I don't recommended to buy a house from this builder. Take a walk in the community at Reserve at Twin Lakes and knock some doors.<br>People will be happy to let you know about the warranty. You have to beg for something to be repaired. One of my complaints was the tiles on the dining and living room was uneven since the first walkthrough of the house. They did 4 times a repair before they finally fixed the whole area after the year. The employees damaged my pavers in the driveway and the back area where they putted the Apliances also the front door wasn't installed properly. Now they don't want to replaced them. Very upset with Jones<br>Homes they promised to fix any damage after repairs and didn't fixed them.

This place is amazing for anyone 55 and older. Great amenities, great Florida life style. 👍

after living here over a yr&1/2 and reading ALL of the reviews I figure it’s time to write my review of JONES HOMES &TWIN LAKES HOA instead of going through all of the good and BAD!! I will just say to ANYONE That is thinking of resigning here do surprise visits as they are building the homes on the weekdays /weekends. Also take a walk around the club houses especially on the weekends and you will see.that this is a 55 and older only on Paper in closeing GOOD LUCK 🤦🙏
