From our first tour to move in day, Nate and Melvin made our move to Twin Lakes as painless as possible. Any concerns we had during the building process were immediately addressed and we were made to feel very comfortable asking any questions. We are slowly unboxing and Melvin is right there to answer any concerns that pop I as we do so. Thank you guys so much for al your help, looking forward to settling in the community.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new home in Twin Lakes! After working as a Construction Superintendent for 20 years I must say that the sequence of some tasks weren’t in the order that I was accustomed to or how I would have performed them. That said the end result was absolutely stunning and very well done! From the very beginning Nate was awesome to work with and throughout the construction process Melvin was on top of everything, very accommodating, and kept us well informed. We love the amenities and all that the community has to offer. Thank you Pulte and to Nate and Melvin for executing our beautiful forever home. We are very pleased!

My husband and I purchased our beautiful forever home at Del Webb Twin Lakes in Saint Cloud, Florida today. From start to finish, the Pulte-Del Webb team has been helpful, attentive and dedicated to making our home everything we wanted it to be. We have built and purchased many homes in the past, but this was by far the most pleasant and organized process we have experienced. This company keeps you informed at every stage of the process. The house is good quality and the amenities are lovely and practical. Our special thanks to our sales rep Nathyn who answered our myriad questions and to Melvin who orchestrated the construction process. Melvin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. For anyone interested in finding a nice neighborhood for their forever home, apart from the Pulte folks (whose job it is to be friendly and helpful), the people one meets while walking around and checking out the amenities have been nothing but friendly and outgoing. One nice lady told me she had made more friends in her two years living at Del Webb than she had in 22 years in her last neighborhood in Orlando. That is a testimony to the friendly neighbors. Thank you Pulte-Del Webb. We will be seeing you around the neighborhood.
