About Solaris Healthcare Osceola

Solaris Healthcare Osceola is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Saint Cloud, Florida, licensed for 120 residents. It serves people transitioning from acute care as well as those requiring ongoing residential nursing support.

Family experiences at the facility diverge sharply. One family described the management team, physical therapy, nurses, and activities staff as "top rated," and another stated that care givers respond quickly to health concerns. However, critical reviews cite significant operational concerns: inadequate staffing levels, unprofessional management, poor facility conditions (described as curtain-separated rooms with minimal bedding), and insufficient nighttime supervision, with one family reporting patients "up all night fighting."

We have had two loved ones at this facility. The care received has been exceptional for both. The care givers and administration are quick to address concerns regarding health issues for our aging family members. This is a blessing for us and gives us peace of mind.

This place is more like a nursing home. The place was horrible. I left after just 1 night. The patients were up all night fighting. The doors were made with plywood. The toilet paper was hung up on electrical wire. They have curtains to separate the patients. Two to a room. The beds are box springs. They gave me 1 sheet and a pillow that was old.

DO NOT risk your loved ones health by putting them in this facility. While most of the staff is friendly, the ones who are not are awful. The administrator is so unprofessional, making an already difficult situation worse. They are horribly understaffed and the patients do not get the care they deserve.

My mom originally came to Solaris for rehab and eventually needed a long-term place to stay. My experience from the Management team, physical therapy, nurses, activities and all personnel at the facility are top rated! We are very pleased that she is there and is being taking care of.

The entire team at SOLARIS are nothing but amazing. I’m so glad to know the entire staff are doing so good to ensure my father is taken care of. I’d like to especially thank Ke**y and Haz**l for their smiling faces when ever incoming K also knows my Name when I stop in and knows my voice over the phone and the same with H. That alone shows how amazing the staff is. They see so many people weekly and the personalized touch is just great. Also, the social services team as well as the business team are also great. And I absolutely love the communication between the team to me if there is a concern or update. You all are AMAZING!!! Sco** Hol***rg
