Traditions has been bought out by Vital Care. Both agency's have done in my opion a terrible job of making Steve's last months on this earth à positive time for him. Discharging him from care because he's still alive, not helping to provide a plan for him to get the appropriate in home care a quadriplegic needs to survive day by day.

The hospice care Mother received was characterized by little communication among caregivers. She was often not given prescribed treatments or medications because the hospice caregiver was not providing that information or medicine to the care facility. My brothers and I were able to stay with Mom everyday that she was in hospice care, so we witnessed the disorganization and lack of follow-through on commitments.

All of these people are very, very important. My Mom and I would never have made it through without having you in our life. We can not thank you enough. There are Angel's among us. Breanna Yeatman has been the nurse that's been taking care of me and in an exemplary manner. She has been on top of all my needs with a smile always cheerful, uplifting that has ment so much me when I needed it most. She assured me that she was always there should I her help. I don't think I could have asked for more a knowledgeable and professional care giver. She's a shining example of what Traditions is all about.
