The Colonades has been sold, the right increased from $703 to $1,038 whether your apartments remodel or not this is a disabled Senior living place until recently our seniors are getting shafted! The rent increase would be okay for units that have been remodeled but for the older units that have not been remodeled should not have to pay the same price as the neighbor who has a brand new place we have no place to go and can't afford the new rent this will impact the seniors in Ocean Springs tremendously!!

Great place to live. Quiet gated community. All units are 2 bedroom 2 bath with garage. Water is included. Washer/dryer provided also. Downfall is a 3-year waiting list.
