Excellent care, very good physical therapy. It did me a lot of good in the short time I was here. There’s so many great people Lacrecia, Lonnie, Caitlin, Savannah, Nurse Cassie, and in therapy: Stacy, Frank, Brie, Christina, Bridgett, both Britanny(s), and Sherri.

Mom was visiting family/does not live in MS. For the most part of mom’s stay.. in and out because of having three strokes….. the place gave me uneasy feeling. Just seemed dirty. I had to use a wipe for mom and the plastic of the wipes was filthy with brown substance. Prolly poo 💩 that was not cleaned off from the last time the nurses used them. On the day of mom’s discharge it took for ever, once I signed the papers it was like we were invisible. Mom had to potty so she went in the diaper that she had on and was told to do while she was there. The nurses came in and were very rough with mom changing her. Didn’t put her back in bed just lifted her from the wheelchair and yanked her pants down changed out the diaper and was pulling and tugging on her as they were trying to get her pants back up. No one and I mean NO ONE informed me that once those papers are signed non of the nurses can touch her. (Moms nurses had told me that after they changed her) Guess thats why the attitude about changing her was apparent. I needed help getting her in the van but no one would help. Finally out and was probably made to help, two of mom’s nurses came out to help her in the van. Very rough on her ….. I will never allow her to go back to this place. There is absolutely no reason nor should it be tolerated in how the elderly is treated there. I did witness a day where looks to be maybe the state people were observing the facility. I must say it was FACEON because the attentiveness from many staff members was above and beyond because they were there I’m sure. Asking the residents at lunch time if they want second but just a few days before I witness one telling the resident “no you can’t have seconds you’ve had enough” So be aware and know where you are placing your loved ones.
