VNA PRIVATE CARE is NOT what they were! The private care aids are unqualified, the scheduling is a disaster, the care for their patients does not exist! The caregivers are quitting every week because of the horribly run incompetent office! Andrea in the office is very unprofessional and plays games with your family member getting cared for. There are no shows, late shows and NOT a person at VNA is communicating what is going on. When you call, everyone is out of the office or in a meeting. And who is suffering? The PATIENTS and FAMILY’s!!<br>STAY AWAY FROM VNA PRIVATE CARE VERO BEACH!!!

I drove out to the VNA mobile unit to try and get a cholesterol screening done, was told to come back 10 days later, as they didn’t have the equipment with them that day. Drove to them 10 days later and they still were unable to do the test. Poor communication in the first instance. Poor service in the second. Don’t recommend them.

The VNA is truly a gem in our community. Their level of care and compassion is unmatched. I’ve seen firsthand how attentive and professional their staff are with clients — whether it’s helping with day-to-day needs, offering companionship, or supporting families through more difficult times, the team goes above and beyond. What’s equally impressive is how well the organization treats its employees. Caregivers are clearly well-trained, supported, and appreciated. You can tell they’re given the tools they need to succeed — including full benefits, ongoing education, and a strong sense of teamwork — and that translates directly into better care for clients. The VNA stands out for its commitment to both people receiving care and those providing it. It’s the kind of organization you can trust wholeheartedly.

My Dad was admitted to Hospice the first week of July and just passed at home on August 7th. We could not have asked for better care during this very difficult time. Hospice, specifically Frank, RN, Jamie, RN and Brian, HHA, were incredible. Frank took my calls from Vermont to check in and connect and from the time I arrived in FL on 8/1, was by my/our side, until the end. Frank was so respectful, kind and capable. He supported my Dad with such respect and dignity. Brian, HHA, only met Dad twice but was so kind, respectful and efficient with the care and support he provided. Jamie, RN, covered overnights and was our lifeline during the last part of this journey. She was there for phone calls, an early morning home visit and when she came to pronounce Dad's passing and prepare him for transport, I could hear her caring for his body, talking to him as she completed each task while also explaining things to us as she worked. Jamie was gentle, kind and provided such heartwarming support and care. I will be forever grateful for Frank and Jamie's presence, for the difficult jobs they choose to do and for their gifts that they share so willingly with complete strangers. This was hands down, the hardest thing I've ever done but I would not have wanted to be any where else. Being able to keep Dad home, provide care, until the very end, with this incredible hospice team by our side, means so very much and I hope this review expresses my appreciation appropriately.
