My dad is currently at Garden View Nursing Home for skilled nursing and will be transitioning to long-term care. Our experience has been very positive so far. The staff is friendly, caring, and always willing to help, which has made this transition much easier for our family. The facility is clean and well maintained, and we’ve been very impressed with the physical therapists — they are excellent, attentive, and truly focused on helping residents improve and stay as strong as possible. The food is also good, which has been important for my dad’s comfort and overall well-being. He is in a semi-private room, and we appreciate the supportive environment. I especially want to recognize the social worker, Yvette, who has been outstanding. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and has guided us through the process with patience and professionalism. Overall, we feel reassured knowing our dad is in good hands at Garden View.

I was a patient at Garden View from 12/12/25 until 2/16/26. I found the staff very helpful, friendly and kind. The management was very helpful. Social services was wonderful, but the rehab department (Chase and Dwight) were excellent. I highly recommend Garden View for anyone needing a short term or long-term stay. I have been in several rehabs, and this was by far the best food of all. Yvette, the admissions coordinator went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I needed. Christie, the driver at Garden view was on top of my schedule and always got me to my appointments on time. I hope I never need to go back but if I do, that’s where I’m going, back to Garden View.

I cannot say enough about the caring staff at Garden View... every single person there seems to be available and goes out of their way to help you no matter how small or large the task. The physical therapy department got my mom back up on her feet and I am very grateful.I would highly recommend this place, as you can feel the love as soon as you walk in the front door! Thank you to the entire incredible staff!

I gave this place three stars because I did like the nursing staff here very much. Very caring and on top of everything that needs to be done. I didn’t give it the best rating because of the administration staff that were always rude and talk down on you anytime you’ve asked a question. I tried to navigate through my mom‘s situation for the first time and was hoping to have a little bit friendlier guidance when it came to how the insurance works, how admissions work, social services and what resources were made available to me and my mom etc. When I called anyone in administration on the phone, including when I needed her things gathered because we found a place closer to our home, I was spoken to rudely and then I was hung up on in mid sentence. That’s the entire summary of how I was spoken to there most of the time. This was also true a family members who spoke to various people. When I went into the offices of various individuals working there, It felt like nobody really wanted to be there at work. We were always met with attitude. We often joked about it on our drive home that everybody just seems miserable there. Again, we enjoyed all of the nursing staff that took care of my mom. Good people, but I think they have a lot to deal with from administration as well. If I were recommending facilities, this probably would not be on my shortlist.

Thank you Garden View for all you do to care for my Mom. All the Admin, Doctors, Nurses, CNA’s, Therapy staff, Receptionists, Kitchen staff, laundry maintenance plus more. Staff is all excellent!! It’s a great feeling to know your Mom is taken care of and loved there and she loves them as well. They definitely make us feel like family as well we do with them. Love all their activities keeping them social with everyone is awesome and so good for them. Therapist encourage them to do rehab is great and they care for them to succeed. All staff at Garden View is professional and caring. They help with any questions we have that means a lot to our family. I thank each and every one of the staff for ALL they do everyday for our love one.
