My mother has been residing at the facility for a few days. Based on my observations so far, the experience has been somewhat better than some of the reviews I encountered prior to her move-in, though there are areas that could benefit from improvement. One positive observation is that the facility does not have the typical strong odor often associated with nursing homes, it still is there when you walk by some rooms but not the whole facility, which I appreciate. However, I have noticed that overall cleanliness could be improved. Upon my mother’s arrival, I chose to clean and disinfect her room myself. In my experience, it appears important to remain actively involved in a resident’s care. I visit my mother daily to monitor her well-being and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly. A primary concern relates to response times after the call button is used. My mother reports that it can take approximately 20 minutes or more for staff to respond. While I understand that staffing shortages may contribute to this delay and I recognize the efforts of the staff, timely assistance remains an important aspect of resident care. Overall, my impression is that the staff are working diligently within the constraints they face , some have better attitudes than others. However, improvements in staffing levels and SOME of their attitudes, cleanliness, and response times would likely enhance the quality of care provided.

The website and advertising is a far cry from the truth. A loved one was admitted from the Cleveland clinic hospital for rehab, it took four hours for her to be less than greeted or assessed while I was with her. This came after I returned to the office and nurse station four times. Apologies came later and her assessment consisted of signing releases of liability! They had not even looked at her hospital release instructions and I had to tell them where to be careful. I wanted to take her back to home at that point! They have such a weak WiFi signal cell phones don’t work and I had to demand a landline phone which they supposedly had but she did not have, never mind because they don’t answer the call ins to reach her room! Her first dinner consisted of rolled meat and cheese on dinner rolls, a huge pile of macaroni salad and Cole slaw! Roommate invites other patient's in wheelchairs all day long watching a loud television blocking entrance to the room. Without phone communication I’m cringing tonight not knowing how she’s being treated and will take this up with management! I’m done!

This facility is absolutely unacceptable. The building is filthy, disorganized, and always short-staffed. Loved one’s go without the proper care they deserve call lights go off for hours and hours There are frequent falls because there simply aren’t enough caregivers available, and management does nothing to fix it. Management hides in their offices, avoiding responsibility and ignoring serious safety issues. They never meet with families of fall-risk patients unless you insist, and even then, their concern is only for show. Supplies and linens are often unavailable, and many patients are left with bruises or injuries from neglect. The Assistant Director of Nursing blonde curly hair tall woman extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional showing no real compassion for residents or families unless someone is watching. The majority of the staff are careless, disrespectful, and lack empathy. Only about 20% of the CNAs and nurses seem to genuinely care, but they rarely stay long because of the toxic environment. It’s heartbreaking to see what the patients endure here, especially those who can’t speak for themselves. I would never trust this facility with my loved ones .Management should be ashamed this place needs serious reform and oversight. why would I ever want my family member to suffer? I already know the facility is understaffed, but on top of that, the staff you do have are lazy and always hiding especially on rehab I know for a fact my family member isn't getting the help they need, and this building is getting paid for absolutely no reason.

Having my sister placed here after 34 hospital days and 3 surgeries was a wise choice for us. The staff is all about making the situational care the Best possible. Our expectations are being met and SEABREEZE is fulfilling a patient niche that we are now part of in my sister's long road to recovery. Thankyou for the warm caring staff that have chosen to humble themselves by giving great safe care to my sister who reads lips and is now partial hearing after 54 years. WE THANKYOU EVERYDAY FOR BEING HERE FOR OUR FAMILY.
