I must be at a different Cove. This one while some people are very nice and attentive but others could care less. More than once she had to have a diaper changed. Someone came in to see what she needed and said ok I’ll find the aide. No one comes so ring the nurse again. End up having to go to nurses station to remind them again. Totally amazing 🥲

Food is awful. Ring help buzzer you can plan on waiting 30 to 45 minutes for help. Cna's and some nurses are very rude and condescending

DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! THIS PLACE IS UNFIT FOR EVEN LIVESTOCK TO LIVE IN, words can't describe how nasty, dingy, and unclean this place is.

My mother was there for a month. Staff were very nice. Food was terrible and if she did not eat what was offered they did not offer much of an alternative. Discharge plans were not communicated well to the patient or the family. Grounds offer a nice retreat if you can walk outside.
