When I first telephoned Visiting Angels, the owner picked up right away and answered all my questions without sounding rushed. Since then, all of my contact with the company has been delightful. The physical therapist, Josh, at Care One recommended them to me and now I send anyone in need to them too! ! Kelly found a wonderful companion named David for my husband and they agreed to meet before working together to make sure it would be a good match. It has been perfect and my husband couldn't be more happy and excited to see him when he arrives. David takes him for walks, makes a nice meal for him, helps him wash, tidies up, writes notes for me to read and fills me in on what they've done together. He is professional, kind, knowledgable and a lot of fun. I recommend Visiting Angels wholeheartedly for anyone looking for some help and downtime.

Speaking on behalf of my parents and siblings, we can’t thank Visiting Angels enough for all they have contributed to our parents well being over the past 3 plus years. During that time our parent’s needs have changed significantly. What initially began as a little bit of extra help a few days a week has progressed to daily and overnight care. With every change in need, Kelly, Greg, and office staff have worked diligently to coordinate caregivers with my parents personalities and needs. Currently, there is a core team of caregivers who share our parent’s lives on a daily basis. It takes very special people to be able to integrate themselves into the lives of others and do so with a dignified, compassionate approach. We thank them for all the work, effort, and kindness that is shown every day to our parents.

Three years ago we hired a Visiting Angels caregiver from the Worcester office to stay with our parents in their own home. We still have them today as they continue to provide competent personal care, meals, comfort and companionship to our mother. These caregivers are well trained and understand the fragile mental and physical limitations of an elderly person. They cater to the specific needs of our mother and we have peace of mind knowing that in our absence excellent care will be given. Greg, Kelly and the entire office staff are always accessible and responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Visiting Angels of Worcester to anyone in need of home care.

Visiting Angels have been with my parents for almost a year. They matched my parents with a live-in caregiver that is compassionate, patient and on top of all my parent's needs such as housework, meals, showering, laundry and assisting them to doctor appointments when I am unable to. My Mother recently qualified for hospice. Our caregiver works great with the hospice nurse and aide that comes in to visit. Greg and his office team have been great when it comes to communication. I hope this review helps you when looking for care for your loved ones.
