My father and I hired Visiting Angels to help him out at home after a hospital stay. Unfortunately he passed away before they were able to start care, but I was blown away by how caring staff member Ashely was. She went out of her way to check in with me and even visited my dad in the hospital to make sure he was getting good care. Highly recommend!

This was my first time delving into this world and of course at a difficult unplanned time. I had spoken to three other companies by the time I spoke with Jen at Visiting Angels. I could tell right away there was something different about Jen. The conversation was more real, almost like I was talking to a friend. She wasn’t trying to act sympathetic and sell me, instead she was genuinely interested, and you can easily tell she loves what she does. I know it sounds corny, even writing it does, but it really was different. She was so kind, so understanding, and truly sympathetic to my mother’s situation. She listened to me, asked thoughtful questions, and offered numerous options to fit my situation. She really wanted to know about my situation to understand it better, far beyond what anyone else had. She explained so much and even discussed ideas for me to consider that didn’t involve her company. The home care aid was amazing too, courteous, polite, and a hard worker. She jumped right in and took control (in a good way), she knew exactly what was needed and really took a lot of worry off my plate. She went above and beyond my expectations, which are usually high. My mom loved her too. She also kept me involved the whole time, I didn’t have to wonder or worry what was going on, which I really appreciated. I really can’t say enough good things about Jen and her team. Jen also knew several people in related fields that she thought may be of value to me, and they were! They ended up being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in their own rights and we are working with them now too. Without Jen I can’t image what would’ve happened. Jen was amazing and is a life saver!

Visiting Angels has helped my mom and dad since I moved abroad for my dream job. I'm thankful they are being checked in on to supplement my calls. They especially like one particular caregiver and the office has been great about getting their feedback and prioritizing her for shifts. Also, the office has always been reachable despite the time zone change which is really helpful.
