I have been a caregiver for over 20 years. I’ve worked in facilities and quite a few agencies. This particular Visiting Angels company ( because they’re multiple) has been the best by far that I’ve been employed with. They have an amazing team who I feel really cares about the caregivers as much as the clients. And that makes me personally feel appreciated as a caregiver. I am truly grateful to be part of this team!!

When find a job I find visiting angels 😇 they help me find a case what days and hours I want. If there is bad weather they want us safe they are there when there a emergency with a client. Am happy to find visiting angel's they care about they caregivers and they want what best for them

Visiting Angels provided service to my mother for two years and they were absolutely phenomenal from the care they provided, to the dependability when services were needed (including unexpected situations), to communication all along the way. I cannot say enough great things about this agency!! I’d absolutely use them again if needed.

Our mother took a fall and needed in-home care after rehab. I knew of Visiting Angels through a coworker in Richmond. They have been fabulous. To us in coordinating care coverage, working with us and walking us through the startup process, etc. BUT, most importantly, the in-home aides have been top-notch and our Mom loves them! They are super-attentive (she is a fall risk), caring and patient with her. They've are knowledgeable & able to explain processes thoroughly. Every shift is on time, coordinating themselves between shifts, communicating with us. In short, we really needed help and Visiting Angels has delivered on living up to their name. Having a loved one with care needs puts a lot of stress on family members. I can honestly say that Visiting Angels services and support have been exactly what we needed. I have no reservations in offering the sincerest recommendation.

Working with Visiting Angels has been an absolute delight. Their service and professionalism is beyond compare and truly appreciated. We had the pleasure of working with their companion caregiver Ms Debi and she was an absolute match for us. She was attentive, patient, kind and so knowledgeable whenever we had questions. I highly recommend their service! Also Jamie and Kara were wonderful points of contacts as well!
