I used Angels on Earth for home health care needs after having foot surgery. Ms. Bud was very helpful and professional. However I did have an issue with my Aide. She was wearing an ankle monitor which would indicate to me she was on house arrest. Why is she in my house when she should be at home unless she is approved to leave for working reasons. Understood....but I started feeling uncomfortable when my aid started ordering items online.. charging it to my credit card and showing up at my door wearing pajama pants. Looking like she literally rolled out of bed. My interaction with Jasmine(owner) was very good and very professional. I trusted her. The aide unfortunately was not as trustworthy... she used my debit card to run up charges for things she needed for her new apartment. I'm not assuming... I'm saying. Not a good position to be in when you're incompaticated. I would use her service again but most definitely would request she "never" send this person to my home ever again. Thank you Jasmine for all your hard work...we appreciate you. Nothing personal. Just business. Xxx
