After residing here for almost 4 years, my apartment was infested with bed bugs from 3 infested apartments below mine. My apartment was heat-treated AT MY EXPENSE .... along with 6 other apartments in my wing of the building. Hot water comes & goes. Labor Day 2025, it was GONE FOR TEN DAYS. And management did nothing, even when I told her in person that my hot water was GONE AGAIN. Homeless men sneak into the building & live here on a regular basis. The central A/C in my apartment sounds like freight train! LOUD! Ineffective. On really hot days, it leaks all over the carpet. And it's expensive to run. So much so that I actually SAVE money running space heaters in the winter & a portable A/C unit in the summer. When something breaks around here (And something ALWAYS breaks), it's repaired with parts & pieces from other broken appliances whenever the notorious cheap landlord can get away with it. My hot water has gone out 5 times already this year. And many, many times in the 4 years+ I have resided here. Lost Rent check. And no mail delivered for almost 2 months. That's life at The Senior Arbors.
