All of the home help aids that have come to help my 90 yr old father with dementia have been very friendly, helpful and engaging with him. One of them brought some interactive puzzles and games that he thoroughly enjoyed. The peace of mind the aids provide while I’m not with him is wonderful.

After my 91 year old mama left the hospital after a fall she had to come live with me in Stedman. With me being a widow I had to continue working. I looked into Visiting Angels to help me take care of my mom, which she has early onset of dementia and its extremely hard for her to get around without her walker. This is when I made my contact with Visiting Angel. They introduced her to her now caregiver Katelyn. Katelyn has been a blessing for my mama and myself. Katelyn is a God send. Visiting Angels and Katelyn are an answered prayer. Thank you Katelyn for being here everyday with mama and thank you Visiting Angel for being here for us. I am so extremely grateful.

As a former employee I thoroughly enjoyed my employment with this company! As a new CNA who was passionate about healthcare and working with those who need it most, Visiting Angels provided me growth as I was able to service a wide range of clients with varying personal needs. The employment process was easy to navigate and there was always somebody available to help when I had any questions throughout my shifts. Lakenya and Tamar have been absolutely wonderful caregivers for my father. They have both shown so much kindness, patience, and genuine care in the way they support him day to day. It is clear that they truly care about the people they work with, and that means a lot to our family. They have been incredibly helpful and dependable, especially during times when unexpected things came up. There have been a few occasions where I had to call the agency last minute for help or adjustments, and they stepped in without hesitation and handled everything with professionalism and compassion. Knowing that my father is in such capable and caring hands gives me a great deal of peace of mind. Lakenya and Tamar go above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for the support they provide. Marion and Melissa have been so respectful and compassionate towards my mom . She has stage 4 vascular dementia and can be very difficult to manage at times. They have been very patient and kind to her. They are responsible for assisting with mobility and she loves it when they open doors for her and are concerned about her safety. Our family also loves how they communicate through the office and lets us know if there are any issues. I highly recommend them as a family caregiver and as a nurse!
